How to apply?

We recommend using the RF Face Device Plus 2–3 times a week, on alternate days and preferably in the evening.
Once a week, replace the cream with the RF Collagenmas collagen mask for more intensive care.

The COOL function can be used daily if you wish.

During the week: Device + Cream

Cleanse and dry your face thoroughly.
If you are wearing make-up, use a cotton pad with your favourite make-up remover (we recommend our RF Cleanmas make-up remover).
You can use the CLEAN function of the device at this step, as the device has an accessory to hold the cotton pad.
Apply enough RF Facial Cream to the face and neck.
For the eye contour, use RF Eyemas with the EYE function.
Carry out the treatment for about 20 minutes:
Choose 2 functions with radiofrequency (CLEAN, IMPORT, RF or EYE).*
Add 1 or both of the functions without radiofrequency (EMS or JAW).
Always finish with the COOL function.
Clean the head of the device with a cloth or tissue.
Do not immerse the device in water.

Once a week: Device + Collagen Mask

With clean, dry skin, place the RF Collagenmas, fitting it closely to the face.
Carry out the treatment for about 20 minutes:
Choose 2 functions with radiofrequency (CLEAN, IMPORT, RF or EYE).
Add 1 or both of the functions without radiofrequency (EMS or JAW).
Always finish with the COOL function.
Leave the mask on for 10 more minutes without the device, or for as long as you prefer until it dries.
Remove it. There is no need to rinse.

Important note
Avoid irritating products on the day of the treatment.
Use sun protection the following day.

Can I use the RF Face Device Plus every day?

It cannot be used every day, except for the COOL function. You can use this function every day for a maximum of 4 minutes (it switches off automatically after 4 minutes, so you don’t need to worry about the time).

The other functions can be used on alternate nights, that is, around 3 times a week.

You can also take a break from the device every 3 months, coinciding with holiday periods (Christmas, Easter and August), but this is optional.

The creams can be used without any problem all year round.
Can I use the same function of the RF Face Device Plus instead of combining several?

If you only want to use one function instead of the 5 recommended functions:
2 functions with RF
2 functions without RF
1 Cool function

You can use whichever function you like a maximum of 2 times, for example:
2 times the RF function, which would be a total of 8 minutes (4 minutes + 4 minutes).
Can I use the RF Face Device Plus if I have had Botox, thread lifts, etc.?

To use the RF Face Device Plus, in any function, a reasonable amount of time must have passed since any aesthetic procedure such as Botox, thread lifts or others.

The recommended minimum is 1 month, but we always advise asking the specialist who carried out the procedure so they can be more precise.
Which products should I use with my RF Face Device Plus?

To get the most out of our RF Face Device Plus, you can use different specific products for its different functions:

CLEAN function: RF Cleanmas 4-in-1 Cleanser.
For this function, use a cotton pad. Place the cotton pad on the head of the device and secure it with the accessory piece. We recommend applying the cleanser directly to the skin and massaging with the device.

EYE function: RF Eyemas eye contour.
Apply a small amount to the eye contour and massage with the device gently and slowly so that the product penetrates properly.

Other functions: RF Facial Cream firming face cream.
Apply enough cream to the face and neck so that the device glides properly.

Anyone with electronic medical devices.
People with an allergic constitution and skin conditions (such as ulcers, ringworm, eczema, rashes, burns, scalds, sunburn, abnormal wound healing, etc.).
People with diabetes, lupus erythematosus, porphyria or congestive heart failure, bleeding disorders and a history of immunosuppression (including HIV infection or AIDS).
Anyone fitted with a pacemaker or internal defibrillator, suffering from arrhythmia or any other known serious heart condition.
Anyone with metal implants or pierced ornaments, or presenting any form of suspicious lesion.
Anyone undergoing radiotherapy or chemotherapy.
Any condition caused by thermal stimulation, such as recurrent herpes simplex virus.
Do not use on wounds, plastic parts, the mouth, upper eyelid, eyeball, laryngeal ganglion or lymph nodes.
