WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY MASDERM ORDER?
In the Free Shipping rate, delivery is made in a period of 3 to 5 working days.
We do not serve orders to Ceuta, Melilla, the Canary Islands and outside the EEC
Delivery times correspond to working days, excluding national, regional or local holidays. In special periods such as sales, Black Friday, Cyber Monday or Christmas, the delivery time may be slightly affected.
HOW CAN I TRACK A SHIPMENT?
Once the shipment is managed, you will receive an SMS from Nacex indicating the estimated delivery date. Through tracking you can manage the delivery of the package:select a preferred time slot, change the delivery date or request a collection point.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM ABSENT AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY?
If you are absent at the time of delivery, they will contact you to schedule a second delivery via SMS. If you are also absent during the second delivery, the order will remain at the Nacex office in your area so that you can pick it up for 15 days. In the event that you do not pick it up, your order will be returned to our central warehouse and when you claim it, the shipping costs will be at your expense.
