Hairmas Shampoo:
Apply an adequate amount of Hairmas Shampoo to the palm of your hand and mix with a bit of water until it foams. Apply it to the damp scalp and massage for a few minutes. Rinse thoroughly with plenty of water, preferably cool.
Frequency of use: you can use the shampoo regularly.

Hairmas Conditioner:
After rinsing the shampoo, apply a suitable amount of Hairmas Conditioner to damp hair and gently massage from mid-length to ends for 2–3 minutes. Then rinse thoroughly with plenty of water, preferably cool.
Frequency of use: you can use the conditioner regularly.

Hairmas Mask:
After rinsing the conditioner, apply an appropriate amount of Hairmas Mask to damp hair and gently massage from mid-length to ends. Leave on for at least 2–3 minutes. Then rinse thoroughly with plenty of water, preferably cool.
Frequency of use: we recommend using the mask 1–2 times a week.

We recommend using the shampoo and conditioner regularly, and the mask occasionally as an intensive treatment.
