How to apply

1) Make sure the skin is dry and clean. First apply the Body Slim anti-cellulite cream daily with a manual massage on the area you want to improve.

2) Choose the function of the device related to cellulite reduction and improvement. In this case they are: SLIM AND SLIM+RF

SLIM (SLIMMING). Blue light
SLIM+RF (COMBINED body slimming and radiofrequency). Purple light

We recommend using the device 3 times a week on alternate days and at night. If you want to combine both functions, you can alternate them during the week.

3) Move the device over the area you want to treat in circular movements, making sure you always have enough cream for the device to glide correctly. And do not exceed 10 minutes of use per area.

4) The device will turn off after 10 minutes of use to avoid exceeding the time. You can use it for a maximum of 30 minutes total spread over different zones. We recommend charging it afterwards.

5) Once you have finished your session, if you have any leftover cream, finish massaging the area manually so as not to waste product.

How long should the Anti-Cellulite Treatment be carried out?

You can do it all year round. You can rest during holidays such as Christmas, Easter and summer.

How often is the RF Body Device applied?

It is used 3 times a week on alternate days and at night.

This device has other functions, such as EMS (electro muscle stimulation) to treat flaccidity and RF (Radiofrequency) which stimulates collagen to improve firmness. In this case, we should use the Body Firming cream.

If you want to use several functions on the same day of treatment, you can combine them as long as you do not exceed 10 minutes in the same area (with a maximum of 30 minutes distributed in different areas). However, we recommend using the same function in the same week and alternating the different functions every week.

Here is a practical example for your guidance:

WEEK 1: Monday, Wednesday and Friday: I apply the EMS function.
WEEK 2: Monday, Wednesday and Friday: I apply the RF function.

Can I apply the RF Body Device more than 10 minutes the day of the anti-cellulite treatment?

Yes, as long as it is applied on different areas and for a maximum of 30 minutes. That is, 10 minutes in 3 different areas the day of the treatment.

Are there any contraindications to this anti-cellulite treatment?
