RF Body Device

The specific uses are: reduction of localised fat, improvement of cellulite/accumulated fat and improvement of tired legs.

1. Before using it for the first time, you must charge the device, the charging mode is explained in the instructions you receive inside the box.

2. Apply the cream corresponding to the part of your body you want to improve. Do not let it absorb to ensure that the device circulates properly.

3. Apply to the area to be treated: buttocks, arms, abdomen or legs.

4. Caution, do not use on areas such as the face, head, neck, or feet.

5. It is advisable to apply the treatment with the device 3 times a week at night, for a maximum of 10 minutes each time. Ideally on alternate days and preferably never before sun exposure. The rest of the days that you do not apply the treatment with the device, apply the corresponding product manually.

6. You can apply the device for a maximum of 30 minutes (10 minutes in three different areas)

1) Arm area in a zig-zag motion.
2) Legs area from bottom to top.
3) Buttocks and hips area in a circular shape and from bottom to top.
4) Abdomen area in a zig-zag motion.
5) Back area in a zig-zag motion.

We recommend the following creams:

1) If you want to improve firmness, we recommend our RF Body Firming, a body firming and conductive cream (we remind you that this cream can be used with or without the device).

2) If you want to improve the appearance of skin with cellulite and accumulated fat, the ideal cream is our RF Body Slim, which is also conductive (we remind you that this cream can be used with or without the device).

3) And finally, if you want to treat tired legs/swelling, you should use our specific Legmas Cold Gel (we remind you that this gel can be used with or without the device).

TIPS

1) Only to be used for the indicated areas, never apply on face/neck/chest.

2) Recommended movements
- Arm area in a zig-zag motion.
- Leg area from bottom to top.
- Buttocks and hips area in a circular motion from bottom to top.
- Abdomen area in a zig-zag motion.
- Back area in a zig-zag motion.

3) It has several intensities, we recommend starting with the lowest and going up according to the needs of your skin.

4) In case your skin notices the flashes too much, do not use the function that produces them until your skin gets used to the other functions.

5) You receive instructions, a cleaning wipe and a cable with two outputs.

6) It is to be applied only 3 times a week on alternate days in the evening and with a maximum of 10 minutes for the same area (maximum of 30 minutes on the day of the treatment to 10 minutes for 3 different areas).

7) Duration of treatment: 10 minutes.

8) The device switches off automatically.

9) You can apply this device all year round, although we recommend that you let your skin rest 3 times a year (about 15 days).
