Before applying the gel, make sure the skin on your legs is clean and dry.

Without device:
Distribute the gel evenly over the skin, focusing on areas affected by inflammation and fluid retention. Massage gently with upward circular movements to promote absorption and stimulate blood circulation.

With device:
Distribute a generous amount of the gel evenly over the skin so that the device can glide properly.
Choose the EMS function at the desired level and gently massage with upward circular movements for a maximum of 10 minutes per leg.

In general, it is recommended to apply the gel once or twice a day. But you can only use the device three alternate nights per week, the rest of the time you must apply the gel without a device.

For best results, use the gel regularly as part of your daily body care routine. Consistency in application can help maintain the reduction of inflammation over time.
